Hi, I’m Matt Harrer, a St. Louis-based commercial photographer specializing in interior and architectural photography. For over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible clients—from real estate professionals and interior designers to hospitality brands and corporate businesses. My passion lies in capturing spaces with intention, transforming everyday interiors into striking visuals that tell a story.
Photography, to me, is more than just taking pictures—it’s about translating the feel of a space into an image. Whether it’s the warm, inviting glow of a boutique hotel lobby or the sleek, modern lines of a newly designed office, my goal is to create images that make viewers feel like they’re already there. I work closely with my clients to understand their vision, ensuring every shot aligns with their brand and marketing goals.
My love for architecture and design fuels my work, but what I enjoy most is the collaboration—getting to know my clients, learning about their projects, and helping them bring their ideas to life through photography. Whether I’m photographing a high-end renovation, a new restaurant opening, or an Airbnb rental that needs to stand out, I approach every project with the same level of creativity and attention to detail.
When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll find me spending time with my amazing wife and two kids. We have a shared love for watching hilariously bad movies, playing games (sometimes a little too competitively), and spending time outdoors. Life moves fast, and I try to capture those little moments just as much as the big ones—both in my work and in my personal life.
